Rachel Bachmeier is offered Chancellor's Academic Scholarship

For fall semester of 2012, Rachel Bachmeier of Long Prairie has been accepted at the university and will automatically be awarded a $4,000 scholarship if Bachmeier meets the following conditions: is in the top 10 percent of the graduating class, or has a 3.5 GPA for high schools that do not rank, has an ACT score of at least 26, or an equivalent SAT score, and applies by Sunday, Jan.15. The scholarship is renewable for $2,000 for a second year.

Bachmeier is a student at Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Hs and is considering a major in BFA Art.
