Jacob Scott places at information technology national competition

Jacob Scott of Waupun, Wis., competed in a national competition at the Association of Information Technology Professionals National Collegiate Conference in April in St. Louis.

Scott, majoring in information technology management, was runner-up in the Network Design competition.

About 500 students from across the country competed.

Holly Yuan, information technology management program director at UW-Stout, is the students' adviser.
