Dee Shonkwiler receives Chancellor's Award

Dee Shonkwiler of Hudson, Wis., received the Chancellor's Award for the spring 2013 semester at University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Shonkwiler is majoring in family and consumer sciences education, health, wellness and fitness.

The award is presented to students who have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

UW-Stout, Wisconsin's Polytechnic University, is a special mission university in the UW System. The university has a long-standing reputation of serving business, industry, education and the helping professions through its specialized educational programs.

Enrollment this year was 9,200.
