Charles Beaton qualifies for Chancellor's Award

Charles Beaton of Montrose, Minn., is a late recipient for the spring 2013 Chancellor’s Award at UW-Stout. Beaton is majoring in psychology.

The award is presented to students who have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

UW-Stout, Wisconsin’s Polytechnic University, is a special mission university in the UW System. The university has a long-standing reputation of serving business, industry, education and the helping professions through its specialized educational programs.

Enrollment for 2012-13 was 9,200.
