Alexander Michaud receives Chancellor's Award

Alexander Michaud of Sturgeon Bay, Wis., received the Chancellor's Award for the spring 2013 semester at University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Michaud is majoring in hotel, restaurant and tourism.

The award is presented to students who have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

UW-Stout, Wisconsin's Polytechnic University, is a special mission university in the UW System. The university has a long-standing reputation of serving business, industry, education and the helping professions through its specialized educational programs.

Enrollment this year was 9,200.
